Abstract:Through the questionnaire survey and paired samples, the purpose of the research is to study the effect of empowering leadership to innovative behavior in which psychological availability is a mediation mechanism and perceived organizational support is a moderation mechanism. The results showed that 1)empowering leadership was positively related to employees’ innovative behavior; 2)psychological availability partially mediated the relationship between empowering leadership and employees’ innovative behavior; 3)perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between psychological availability and employees’ innovative behavior; 4)perceived organizational support moderated the mediated relationship through psychological availability.
