Abstract:In order to explore the impact mechanism of core self-evaluation on college students’ entrepreneurial intention, 246 seniors were investigated by using Core Self-evaluation Scale (CSES), Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Scale and Two Kinds of Entrepreneurial Intentions Questionnaire. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to study the relationship between variables. The results showed that (1) core self evaluation is significantly related to entrepreneurial self-efficacy and two kinds of college students’ entrepreneurial intentions, (2) core self evaluation has indirect influence on entrepreneurial intention as career pursuit totally by entrepreneurial self-efficacy, (3) entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in core self-evaluation affecting college students’ entrepreneurial intention as career choice.
