Research on the Influence Mechanism of Empowering Leadership on Digital Creativity

Abstract:Based on the systematic view of creativity, this paper discusses the impact of empowered leadership on digital creativity and the role of self-efficacy and virtuality from the perspective of the interaction among employees, leaders and organizational environment. The results show that empowered leadership has a significant positive impact on digital creativity, and the interaction between empowered leadership and virtuality also has a significant positive impact. The study also verified the mediating effect of regulation. The research conclusion systematically reveals the formation mechanism and boundary conditions of digital creativity, provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to stimulate digital innovation and implement digital management.
