Abstract:The development of artificial intelligence has brought a series of new challenges to Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). There is an urgent need to design new interaction methods between humans and intelligent systems. The present paper analyzes three key issues brought about by the development of intelligent systems to HCI, and points out that the new interaction between humans and intelligent systems should aim to be close to human-human interaction. Through summarizing the current research and theories on human social interaction, an interaction framework based on intention recognition is proposed. The framework has the potential to improve interaction efficiency and solve challenges brought by the development of intelligence. Finally, the current paper discusses the relationship between new and traditional interaction frameworks, and provides a new direction for theoretical research on new interaction design.
